Description
Summary:Obtaining knowledge from local crop varieties is essential for gathering performance data, allowing proximity crops to meet the demands of both consumers and farmers. In this study, we analyze and compare three quality parameters (flavonoids, phenols, and ascorbic acid) of 12 different traditional landraces of Swiss chard from the Valencian Community and to provide valuable information on the most interesting nutritional part of the chard (leaf or stalk), as they are usually used and consumed differently.
