The proposal to cstablish a linkagc program Hith ICA I,as bascd on the ear1ie1' (1966-1973) University of Nebraska Nission in Colombia. The p1'oposa1 to USDA-OICD inc1udes collabo1'ative research betlveen scientists at UNL, OSU, and lCA in four se1ected areas and a followup study of the earlier Nebraska Hission in Colombia.
