En el trabajo se hace un somero relevamiento de la situación de conflictividad por la tenencia de
la tierra en Argentina y en Chaco, haciendo hincapié en el departamento de Presidencia de la Pla za, tomando información bibliográfica y relevamientos realizados en este departamento, descri biendo la estructura parcelaria que refleja la evolución histórica del proceso de apropiación de la
tierra pública.
Se concluye analizando las causas de estas situaciones conflictivas y se esbozan propuestas para
dar respuesta favorable a las mismas.
Abstract: The struggle for natural resources, in this particular case, the right to land, is long standing. Already in the nineteenth century was respected or made to prevail a supposed right
of the sectors with greater power, not so the primitive settlers who had been defeated militarily or
peasant families who, settled on the land, worked to survive, having the right to land for having
lived and worked in it.
The work is a brief survey of the situation of conflict over land tenure in Argentina and Chaco,
with emphasis on the department Presidencia de la Plaza, taking bibliographical information and
surveys carried out in this department, describing the land structure that reflects the historical evo lution of the process of appropriation of public land.
It is concluded analyzing the causes of these conflictive situations and outlining proposals to give
a favorable response to them. |
