The objective of this study was to determine the yield and quality of greenhouse-grown coriander for fresh consumption. At the San Pedro Agricultural Experiment Station, fresh matter yields and number of cuts before flower scape elongation were evaluated during three seasons in the cultivars Wenceslao INTA and Quique INTA, both created at that station. Four rows of plants spaced 20 cm apart were planted on ridges with drip irrigation. Two 50 cm samples were cut from the central rows where maximum height, apical leaf width, number of plants, fresh weight per square meter and quality were measured. Pests and diseases were observed. Fertilization was not carried out. Analysis of variance and Tukey's test (α = 0.05) were performed. In both cultivars, three cuts of fresh coriander of excellent quality were made with a total yield between 2.14 and 2.68 kg*m2 for Wenceslao INTA, and 1.86 to 2.96 kg*m2 for Quique INTA. No clear difference in yields was observed. There were no limiting pests for the crop. |

En Argentina se ha estudiado el rendimiento de sus granos, aunque no se han encontrado publicaciones referentes a los rendimientos y calidad del coriandro fresco. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar el rendimiento y la calidad del coriandro cultivado en invernaderos, para su consumo en fresco. En la Estación Experimental Agropecuaria San Pedro, durante tres campañas se evaluaron los rendimientos de materia fresca y número de cortes, antes de que se produzca la elongación del escapo floral, en los cultivares Wenceslao INTA y Quique INTA, creación de esa estación. Se sembraron sobre lomos, provistos de riego por goteo, cuatro filas de plantas distanciadas a 20 cm. Se cortaron dos muestras de 50 cm de las filas centrales donde se midió la altura máxima, el ancho de la hoja apical, el número de plantas, el peso fresco por metro cuadrado y la calidad. Se observaron plagas y enfermedades. No se realizó fertilización. Se realizó el análisis de la varianza y la prueba de Tukey (α=0,05). En ambos cultivares se realizaron tres cortes con un rendimiento total entre 2,14 y 2,68 kg*m2 para Wenceslao INTA, y 1,86 y 2,96 kg*m2 para Quique INTA de coriandro fresco de excelente calidad.
