The use of widely adopted digital tools, such as WhatsApp, has proven to be a key resource. Through a chatbot, the delivery of the Diet Quality Questionnaire (DQQ) has been efficient in terms of both time and resources.
In addition, the information generated does not remain solely on servers but is returned to participants in a clear and simplified manner, strengthening their understanding and encouraging continued engagement. This approach recognizes participants as central actors in the monitoring process.
Finally, throughout the implementation process, key lessons learned have been identified and continuous improvements incorporated, with the aim of consolidating this tool as a useful and scalable resource that can, in the short and medium term, contribute to strengthening existing national systems related to food, diet quality, and nutrition.
