| Sumario: | This report presents a questionnaire survey conducted among local residents in three of Boliden Mineral's mining communities. The questions asked to the respondents were oriented to Boliden Mineral's near urban silviculture.
The results of this surveys showed that many were dissatisfied with the information about Boliden's silviculture in urban forests. The community which was least satisfied overall was Kristineberg which generally had lower average results than the other two communities, Boliden and Garpenberg. This may be due to the resort's long term adverse development and urbanization.
But in the end most were so pleased with Boliden Mineral's silviculture that they would recommend others to move in conjunction with one of Boliden Minerals’ forest properties. |
