The study is aimed at landowners how owns at least 400 ha of land. The purpose of this study is to find out how large landowners choose brokers when they are looking to sell their property.
The purpose of this work is to find "larger landowners' needs / choices of Realtors. The questionnaire consisted of 16 questions, and asked to investigate the seller's most important factors when they select brokers. Property owners were divided into groups according how involved they are in there property, unfortunately the material was not useful to draw any conclusions result. The conclusion of this study is that the landowners want to have a competent realtor who is in close contact with both sellers and buyers. Less important is that the broker has other services to offer. It is also important that the broker provides a personal and genuine material in printed prospectuses, advertisements in newspapers and on the website. The cost of hiring a broker I thought would be one of the major incentives. But the study shows that this is not the case. Nearly 80% of the property owners also say that real estate agent need not be stationed in particular adjacent property. |
