description This paper investigates the impacts the Single Farm Payment has on farming household incomes, business income and service income. The aim of the study is to see whether the Single farm payment has any correlation with the various incomes. The data used is a panel data set with county level data from 2001-2013 in Sweden, the method used for the analysis is a fixed effects model for the estimations. Results of the analysis show that the Single Farm Payment variable has an estimated positive association with the various incomes. The main conclusion that can be drawn is that the Single Farm Payment has a small positive impact on various incomes from agriculture.
