Detta examensarbete handlar om hur några lantbrukare i Uppsala län har upplevt förseningar av jordbruksstöd från Jordbruksverket (SJV). Detta ämne passar in på området landsbygdsutveckling på grund av att lantbrukare verkar på landsbygden och är viktiga för hela samhället när det gäller mat och andra jordbruksprodukter, vilket också är varför denna myndighet måste fungera. Materialet består av kvalitativa intervjuer med lantbrukare i Uppsala län som håller idisslare och litteraturstudier om hur landsbygdsprogrammet är utformat och utvärderat.
