| Sumario: | The purpose of this degree project is to find out why the forest machine operators not are so pleased whit their working environment as the officials are. This study start from an already existing study, initiated by Holmen Skog, with the title “Inblick 2009”.
The main subject is working environment and health of the machine operators. Interviews were made with some machine drivers and this paper shows the result of these questions. In total I have interviewed ten machine operators from a total work force of 61drivers.
All the machine operators have made their statements anonymously and spoken entirely from their point of view. At the same time they gave some suggestions for improvement.
The aim of this work is to identify if there is any inshortcomings in their work environment and at the same time give suggestions for improvement.
One of the results of this work, is that the machine operators are very happy in their teams and that there were few who were not. The more common problems have proved to be found in planning and cooperation, as well as in communication.
Some machine operators also had the opinion that it is more disorder in the company today. |
