| Summary: | This degree project is made on behalf of Mellanskog forest owners association, to find out how Mellanskog can develop their members application. The reason for finding out what the member’s think of the application is to learn which parts of the application that they use and what parts that can be developed into something more useful for the members.
To be able to perform this study, a personal interview was made with Per Gustås, CEO of IT-Bolaget Per & Per and also deeply involved in the development of the application. Then a survey was made and sent out to 385 of the member´s in Mellanskog.
The modern use of smartphones and tablets as a tool for the private forest estate owners and the marketing and segmentation of the markets are key concepts for this study. |
