To achieve the purpose a case study was made. The delimitation for the case study was only to compare the work with up following on individual project. The delimitation on the companies in the study was from ten to sixty employees. That because to reach companies were it´s not the same person how calculates on tenders and than perform the projects. The study was delimitated to the west side of Skåne.
T
o be able to compare the companies and to find trends, an interviewguide was made and was used during the interviews with the companies. The interviewguide handled the companies’ background; administrative work and the work with up following. Theoretical studies were made based on the result from the case study.
The result from the case study was compared with the theoretical background and in between the companies. The study was completed with a conclusion. The conclusion shows that there are common trends with up following work. It is made manually done and it is the time reports that are most important to follow up. There were also common visions about better control systems that are more integrated with each other. |
