description In this study we try to focus on the costs for wear parts on different type of soil tillage machines and at Väderstad Rapid drilling machine. We have studied some of the leading types of cultivators and disk harrows. Among the cultivators we have investigated Väderstad Cultus, Dalbo Dinkomax, Horsch Tiger and Terrano. At disk harrow we have looked at Amazone Catros and Väderstad Carrier. We have made more detailed study on costs for wear parts, working depth, driving speed and diesel consumption. The numbers are collected via interviews with 14 farmers from south of Sweden and than put together. Their figures are the base for the diagram that is shown in this study. We have also read and studied existing surveys. Our conclusions were that there has been a lot of development since these surveys were done and that some of the machines did not exist at the time. The result from our studies shows that there is a variation between the different cultivators. Though this is probably a result of the variation in construction and other parameters as driving speed and working depth. Different soil types and the occurrence of stones also affect the wear. One conclusion was that Horsch Tiger require more power than the other cultivators. Another was that there is no big difference in costs for wear parts at disks on the disk harrows. There where a slight difference between diesel consumption with o lower consumption for Catros. This could be the result of the different weight of the machines. Our users lay a bit over the producers recommendations when in comes to power requirement. This could be an effect of that we only studied big farms that have maximum use of there machines.

I detta arbete har vi gjort en undersökning för att få fram slitdelskostnaderna för olika jordbearbetnings maskiner och Väderstad Rapid såmaskin. I arbetet har vi tittat på några av de ledande typerna av kultivatorer och tallriksredskap. När det gäller kultivatorer har vi tittat på från Horsch, Tiger och Terrano och från Väderstad Cultus och från Dalbo Dinkomax. På tallriksredskap har vi tittat på Amazone Catros och Väderstad Carrier. Vi har tittat närmare bland annat på slitdelskostnader, bearbetningsdjup, körhastighet och dieselåtgång. Siffrorna har vi fått genom att intervjua 14 skånska lantbrukare och sedan sammanställt deras erfarenheter i detta arbete. Deras uppgifter ligger till grund för de diagram som redovisas i detta arbete. Resultaten av våra undersökningar visar att det finns en variation mellan de olika kultivatorerna. Dock beror de förmodligen på maskinernas olika konstruktion och andra parametrar som körhastighet och bearbetningsdjup. Även olika jordarter och stenförekomst påverkar slitaget. Det man tydligt kunde se var att Horsch Tiger gick betydligt tyngre än de övriga kultivatorerna. Däremot var det ingen större skillnad på slitdelskostnaderna för tallrikar på tallriksredskapen. Det skilde något i dieselåtgång till Amazone Catros fördel men det kan bero på att Väderstad Carrier är 300 kg/arbetsmeter tyngre. Dock är vikten positiv när det är svårt att få ner maskinen i marken när det är torra förhållanden När det gäller dragkraftsåtgång så ligger våra användare i överkant på tillverkarnas rekommendationer och det kan bero på att det är nästan bara stora gårdar med i denna undersökning och maskinerna utnyttjas till det maximala. 2008-05-30 Other NonPeerReviewed application/pdf sv https://stud.epsilon.slu.se/12600/1/staaf_n_rehn_c_171024.pdf Rehn, Claes and Staaf, Niklas, 2008.
