building. It seems not to be a good idea to invest in piglets today. The best must be to go on
like before and se how the market is going to develop and how the EU expanding is going to
influence. |

Syftet med detta arbete är att ta reda på vad det kostar att producera smågrisar. För att genomföra detta kommer jag att använda mig av ett fallföretag Utgångspunkten kommer att vara agriwise kalkyler som jag kommer att justera och anpassa till fallföretaget Som fläskmarknaden ser ut idag så har vi passerat botten och är på väg uppåt. Vi får verkligen hoppas att det är fallet, för det finns ingen lönsamhet inom smågrisproduktionen i dagsläget. Priset för en levererad 27 kilos gris är för närvarande ca 400 kr med alla tillägg. Priset för att producera en gris på fallföretaget är ca 510 kr. Byggnaderna är betalda så räknar man inte med några avskrivningar så går det att ta ut full lön ner till ett pris på 450 kr per gris. Tittar man på agriwise kalkyler ser man att det behövs ett pris 600 kr för att få ett nybygge att gå runt. Det är alltså inga goda utsikter för att investera i smågrisproduktion nu. Som det ser ut nu är nog det bästa att köra på utan att investera för mycket innan vi ser hur marknaden utvecklar sig och hur den nya jordbrukspolitiken/EU-utvidgningen kommer att påverka produktionen och priserna.
