This case study is solitary based upon this particular studied farm, at this very point,
and can therefore not be used as a general guide. The reason why this particular scania
plant production farm has been selected, is because the author is born and raised at the
farm and has the intention to run the farm in the future.
The chosen farm for this report is based in the southwest of scania and cover 300
hectare of plant production. The crop rotation consists of autumn wheat, sugar beats,
spring wheat, spring barely, winter rape and fallow. The farm owns all machinery
required. The report has not taken any EU-support or building reparation costs under
accont.
The crop specific machine costs per hectare has been calculated through machine
calculations. Subsequently different branch of production calculations has been
formed where the fixed costs for the various crops are considered.
In this case study I conclude that the leasehold price should be 3600 SEK per hectare.
The calculated leasehold price could be increased if the land support is considered.
The calculations upon the leasehold price are based on the returns of the crop rotation
as a whole. It is important to look at the total crop rotation when calculating the total
revenue capabilities.
A minor literature study has been made concerning case studies and branch of

Resultatet av denna fallstudie ska därför kunna utgöra underlag för vad som är rimligt att betala i arrende för jordbruksmark. Förhållandet är inte allmänt utan gäller endast fallgården vid denna tidpunkt. Anledningen till att valet föll på just en skånsk växtodlingsgård var dels för att jag kommer därifrån och dels för att det är där jag vill bedriva lantbruk i framtiden. Fallgården som jag studerat ligger i sydvästra Skåne och driver 300 hektar växtodling. I växtföljden ingår höstvete, sockerbetor, vårvete, maltkorn, höstraps och fast träda. Gården äger alla förekommande maskiner. Ingen hänsyn har tagits till underhåll av byggnader, inte heller till EU-stöden. Jag har genom maskinkalkyler räknat fram en grödspecifik maskinkostnad per hektar och år. Därefter har jag upprättat produktionsgrenskalkyler och räknat fram täckningsbidraget för de olika grödorna. I fallstudien har det framkommet att ett motiverat och lönsamt arrendepris på fallgården borde ligga kring 3 600 kr per hektar, utan arealstöd. Om hänsyn tages till arealstöden kan arrendepriset ökas med motsvarande belopp. Beräkningen av arrendepriset är baserat på lönsamheten på hela växtföljden. Här är det viktigt att se lönsamheten ur ett helhetsperspektiv, då det är totala vinsten som är intressant. Jag har även utfört en mindre litteraturstudie angående fallstudier och produktionsgrenskalkyler.
