The conclusion is that the store must sell food produced in the region. Another conlusion is that the store must be located near a bigger supermarket. Our main selling points are quality and that the food is produced in the near region. The most important product for the store is meat with good quality from animals that have lived in good conditions. This product will draw the consumers to the store and it's the product that will be the most lucrative. |

Vi har en idé som innebär att istället för att konsumenten ska komma ut på landet till gårdsbutiken vill vi flytta gårdsbutiken in till staden och konsumenten. Vi har undersökt om konsumenterna är intresserad av ett sådant koncept, vilket vi har kommit fram till att de är. Vi har vårt ursprung i Östergötland, därför har vi undersökt hur marknaden i länets största stad Linköping ser ut. Vi har kommit fram till att Gårdsbutiken i stan ska sälja närproducerade livsmedel från Östergötland, och att konsumenten vill att gårdsbutiken ska ligga i närheten av andra livsmedelsbutiker. De viktigaste mervärdena är ursprungsmärkning, kvalitet och närproducerade produkter. Den viktigaste varan för butiken är närproducerat kött av god kvalitet från djur som har haft det bra. Denna vara lockar konsumenten till butiken, och är mest lönsam för butiken. Arbetets resultat medför att vår idé om gårdsbutiken i stan är mycket intressant att vidareutveckla.
