The study confirms that the output calculated by the computer on the harvester is more reliable than the volume of standing trees estimated by Swedish Forest Agency. I rapporten redovisas en studie som är gjord mellan två olika apteringslistor där det ekonomiska utfallet och gagnvirkesutfallet redovisas. I arbetet har också ingått att jämföra stamprofiler från en skördare mot två olika apteringslistor. Vidare har en uppföljning av stämplade rotpostvolymer gjorts. Med hjälp av stamprofilerna har också omvandlingstal mellan m3to och m3fub har arbetats fram. I de olika apteringsanalyserna har volymer och sortiment jämförts för att man ska kunna se skillnader i de olika apteringsförslagen. För att kunna se om man kan lita på de rotpoststämplingar som Skogsstyrelsen utför har de stämplade volymerna jämförts med de inmätta volymerna. SDC har sammanställt de olika mätbeskeden som behövts för att arbetet skulle kunna genomföras. I arbetet har det även ingått att redovisa samt analysera vrakvolymer. En jämförelse mellan den skördarmätta och den inmätta volymen har också gjorts. I studien har jag kommit fram till att Skogsstyrelsen stämplade 6467 m3fub. De totala volymerna som stamprofilerna gav var enligt 40-listan 6024 m3fub och enligt 41-listan 6012 m3fub. Den totala skördarmätta volymen uppgick till 6206 m3fub och den totala inmätta volymen enligt SDC blev 6140 m3fub. Studien visar på att det inte finns något fast omvandlingstal mellan m3to och m3fub.
