I ett bostadsområde med parhus finns en yta, tidigare använd som lekplats, numera ödelagd och oanvänd. Ägaren ville försköna platsen och få ett nytt användningsområde för den, helst som samlings- och festplats. Arbetet har fokus på det praktiska genomförandet med förklarande bildmaterial och skisser. Framtagandet av skisser redovisas inte närmare i arbetet mer än att de finns bifogade i slutet. Det praktiska arbetet har genomförts och dokumenterats. Texterna och bilderna beskriver arbetet stegvis. Resultatet av projektet är ett bostadsområde med trevligare utseende i vilket hyresgästerna kan trivas och umgås med varandra. Ur ägarens perspektiv blir lägenheterna lättare att hyra ut då kringliggande ytor är vackra.
