Led by the Sustainable Livestock Working Group of PROCISUR, with technical support from NZAGRC and IICA, the project focuses on characterizing representative cattle systems, identifying and prioritizing methane and nitrous oxide mitigation options, assessing economic impacts and implementation barriers, and consolidating a regional data platform.
