It promotes agroforestry systems to sustain cocoa cultivation under changing climate conditions, emphasizing inclusive governance, environmental restoration, gender equity, and financial innovation. Supported by IICA, MAPA, and the Green Climate Fund, the initiative includes feasibility studies and stakeholder engagement to build a robust funding proposal. El proyecto tiene como objetivo mejorar la resiliencia climática y reducir la deforestación en las regiones productoras de cacao en la Amazonía y la Mata Atlántica de Brasil. Promueve sistemas agroforestales para sostener el cultivo de cacao ante el cambio climático, con énfasis en la gobernanza inclusiva, la restauración ambiental, la equidad de género y la innovación financiera.
