One of the main objectives of the workshop was to promote a collaborative environment among stakeholders from various sectors. The workshop included two panels: the first, "Beyond the Beach: Exploring Agritourism Opportunities in the Caribbean," which featured the launch of the Caribbean Agritourism Network website by IICA; the second panel focused on "Public Policies for Agritourism and Demand in the Canadian Market." Additionally, there was a roundtable discussion on Agritourism Perspectives from SICA Countries. Se realiza un taller en el Museo de Agricultura y Alimentación de Canadá, en el cual se destaca el agroturismo como una mezcla de agricultura y turismo que ofrece a los visitantes una experiencia inmersiva y educativa en entornos rurales. Dicho taller se llevó a cabo de forma presencial y virtual y contó con la participación de 163 personas. Uno de los objetivos centrales del taller fue la promoción de un ambiente colaborativo entre los interesados de diversos sectores. El taller incluyó dos paneles, el primero, "Más Allá de la Playa: Explorando Oportunidades de Agroturismo en el Caribe”, en el cual se destacó el lanzamiento del sitio web de la Red de Agroturismo del Caribe del IICA; el segundo panel se centró en "Políticas Públicas para el Agroturismo y la Demanda en el Mercado Canadiense".
