| Sumario: | The main activities carried out by the Institute in the United States of America during 2021 are identified, with respect to the needs and interests of the country, strengthening health and food safety issues with the application of the Codex Alimentarius, in agrotourism, agribusiness, technology, digital agriculture and responsible and sustainable economy. Likewise, work was done to improve the export of dairy products, livestock production, wet markets and pest control, with the prevention of African swine fever. Finally, it contributed to the financing of projects, to support for FONTAGRO and to the role of cereals and oilseeds in achieving sustainability.
