En dicha reunión se revisaron y aprobaron informes de progreso de investigación de cuatro departamentos. Se hicieron sugerencias en temas de cultivo de forrajes y pastos, en dichas recomendaciones se acordó el mutuo refuerzo de programas de forraje y pasto del Instituto de los distintos países y estrechar relaciones de los programas regionales en Estados Unidos. Se trata el tema en relación a distribuidores comerciales de semillas y plantaciones de prueba con agricultores cooperantes.
