It has as its mission the empowerment of Caribbean Rural Youth to augment their income earning capacity and technical knowledge base, build their countries and preserve their environment through training, skills development and entrepreneurship. The project is presented in response to the major challenges facing youth in the Caribbean as well as the opportunities available for then to make a meaningful contribution to rural development and economic growth in the region.
