Degras, Lucien Giffard, Jn Baptiste development projects Discorea diversification production trade Caribe Representación Santa Lucía Series Reports, Results and Recommendations from Technical Events Series A2/LC (IICA) 89-04 The purpose of the Workshop was to provide technical and managerial advisory support to yam development projects, within the crop diversification work programme of the Ministry of Agriculture in each of the participating countries. It addressed developmental issues ranging from production to marketing. The proceedings of the technical sessions are arranged in four sections as follows: 1) regional presentations; 2) country project reports; 3) conclusions and action programme; and 4) external agency co-peration.
