In laboratory, the number of leaves, mines, eggs, caterpillars and pupae of P. citrella and of parasitoids were registered from each shoot. The colonization pattern and resource usage by the miner was similar in the orchards. The higher densities of mines, eggs, caterpillars and pupae of P. citrella were verified in summer and autumn. The average number of adults and immature was similar between cultivars. About 60% of the annual shooting escape from the miner attack. The parasitism was 23.3% in 'Montenegrina' and 24.9% in 'Murcott'. The drought periods along the study may have influenced the miner and parasitoid populations. Avaliaram-se aspectos da dinamica populacional de Phyllocnistis citrella (Lep.: Gracillariidae) (minadordos- citros) e de seus parasitóides por amostragens quinzenais de julho/2004 a junho/2005 em dois pomares sob manejo organico, um de tangerineira 'Montenegrina' (Citrus deliciosa) e outro do tangoreiro 'Murcott’ (Citrus sinensis x C. reticulata), em Montenegro (29°37’51”S, 51°28’10”W), RS.Em laboratório registrou-se dos brotos, o número de folhas, minas, ovos, lagartas e pupas de P. citrella e de parasitóides. O padrao de colonizaçao e uso do recurso pelo minador foi semelhante nos pomares. No verao e outono, verificaram-se as maiores densidades de minas, ovos, lagartas e pupas de P. citrella. O número médio de adultos e imaturos de P. citrella foi semelhante entre as variedades. Cerca de 60% da brotaçao anual escapa do ataque do minador. O parasitismo foi de 23,3% em 'Montenegrina' e 24,9% em 'Murcott'.
