Nacobbus aberrans es una plaga importante en el cultivo de papa en Bolivia porque reduce la producción, pero además, se está extendiendo a zonas libres del nematodo. Por tanto, la desinfección de los tubérculos para semilla es una pr&#135 ctica importante, la cual ha estado basada en el uso de productos como fenamiphos. En el Centro Toralapa, en Cochabamba, bajo condiciones de invernadero y laboratorio se evaluó el efecto de tres productos sintéticos en tubérculos de papa var. W{D5}aycha,provenientes de parcelas infestadas con N. aberrans (10% y 80% de severidad en nodulación radical). En las evaluaciones realizadas, en especial al momento de la cosecha, los productos abamectin y fenamiphos lograron mayor desinfección de los tubérculos provenientes de parcelas con 10 y 80% de infestación y las plantas cultivadas a partir de los tubérculos tratados mostraron,al momento de la cosecha, una frecuencia mínima de plantas con nodulación radical. N. aberrans is an important pest of the potato crop in Bolivia, since it reduces production, but also because it is extending to zones free of the nematode. Therefore the disinfection of seed tubers is an important practice, which has been based upon the use of products In the Centre Toralapa, in Cochabamba, under greenhouse and laboratory conditions, the effect of three synthetic products on tubers of potato cv.Waycha, collected from N. aberrans infested plots (10 and 80% severity of root galling) was evaluated.such as fenamiphos.
