Time of application is very important to obtain good insect control. For early application either liquid or dust are effective, liquids are preferred for late application, in any event the major importance is getting the insecticide into the uhorl where the insect is feeding
Propes cultural practices are recommended for control of this pest, improved cultivation aids in reducing insect populations in corn fields. |
