Among the results are: 1) The home demonstration agents' technical and socio-pedagogical knowledge is low; 2) They show a higher degree of knowledge in family relations and child care and development area; 3) Housing is the area where they have the lowest level of knowledge; 4) The agents have a lower level of knowledge than they expressed in their opinions. Recommendations are made to provide further training for the agents and to give opportunity for self-evaluation before and after training meetings in order to help the agents to discover their own learning needs. |
