Infección del cacao por el Ceratostomella fimbriata a través de heridas por corte

On wounds similar to those made at pruning and other practices, inflicted on cacao trees, pure cultures of Ceratostomella fimbriata were inoculated. The inoculations were succesful when the wounds reached the cambium of the trees.
