Summary:Progeny tests were made with four Criollo bulls, based on milk and butterfat praduction in the first calving of their daughters Results show that the indexes are similar to those obtained from the best bull of a previous test There were no statistical differences among the bulls tested. One bull was chosen because of good udder shape and ease of milking of his daughters. The descendants of one bull were eliminated, due to great problems of milk let-down without the calf.
