Synonymy of Bark Beetles XVII 248. Contribution to the morphology and taxonomy of the Scolytoidea

The author points out a series of identification and interpretation errors in certain species of Scolytidae and Platypodidae determined by M. Nunberg in material collected by R. D. Shenefelt in Costa Rica in 1961.
