The objective of this study was to compare the present production processes used by the miniFundistas to the technological package developed from the set of technical instructions. Data was collected in 1972 through personal interviews from 255 farmers growing potato-peas, corn-beans, lettuce, and beets, throughout three zones in which the study area was subdivided. |
