Las experiencias fueron llevadas adelante en el Alto Valle del río Negro (Provincias de Neuquén y Río Negro) y el sudoeste de la Provincia de Buenos Aires entre los años 2019 y 2023. Partiendo de concebir a la prospectiva como una disciplina que busca alojar la complejidad y generar miradas compartidas sobre el futuro, lo que interesa aquí no es resaltar los resultados de los ejercicios, sino centrarnos en algunas características distintivas del proceso. Se concluye que, si bien no existe una respuesta única y unívoca a la pregunta planteada, estos trabajos llevados adelante desde la institución -en conjunto con otros que parten de premisas teóricas y metodológicas similares- permiten construir una “caja de herramientas” disponible cuando se enfrenta la necesidad de realizar este tipo de estudios.
Through the reflection on two foresight experiences carried out by the authors, this paper reports on the questions and particularities that arise when facing this type of exercises in a public Science and Technology organization in Argentina: the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA). The experiences were carried out in the Alto Valle del Río Negro (Neuquén and Río Negro Provinces) and the southwest of the Prov¬ince of Buenos Aires between 2019 and 2023. Based on the conception of foresight as a discipline that seeks to embrace complexity and generate shared views on the future, what we aim is not to highlight the results of the exercises, but to focus on some of the distinctive characteristics of the process. We conclude that, although there is no single, univocal answer to the question posed, the work carried out by the institution allows us to build a “toolbox” available when faced with the need to carry out this type of study. |
