Pathological variation in cassava bacterial blight (CBB) isolates in Nigeria
Cassava (manihot esculenta Crantz), a major food crop in tropical lowlands, is susceptible to many pathogens that decrease the yields. The most common biotic constraint to its production worldwide is Cassava Bacterial Blight (CBB) caused by Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Manihotis (Xam).
