Cet article analyse un système de suivi–évaluation et apprentissage (SEA) mis en place par une institution de recherche agricole pour le développement. Le système est basé sur l'application de certains éléments de l'outil Outcome Harvesting (collecte des résultats). Il est axé sur l'apprentissage pour adapter et améliorer les processus d'innovation. Les principes de l'évaluation du développement sont utilisés pour discuter son application. Le système SEA contribue ainsi à la compréhension des processus et des interactions avec les acteurs qui génèrent des résultats.
