Se incluyen recomendaciones generales y especificas para el control de los problemas descritos. Se discute el control de las enfermedades en escala comercial. Se anexan formulas sugeridas para el tratamiento de la estaca antes de la siembra y del almacenamiento y una clave para identificar algunas de las enfermedades de la yuca.
