Sumario:Seventy-four weekly weighband and weighbridge comparsons were made on 21 pure and crossbred Malawi zebu cattle. The mean correlation coefficient obtained was +0.977. The weighband over-estimated the liveweight by a mean of 42 lbs, which was equivalent to an 8.5 percent error. The highest individual error obtained was 38 percent.
