Symposium that was held in Luxembourg in June, 1989 entitled 'Plant biotechnologies for Developing Countries'. CTA cosponsored a meeting at IITA, Ibadan, Nigeria in November 1990 which addressed the more specific issue of enhancing biotechnology research
