| Sumario: | A review was undertaken by Andrew Ash (CSIRO) to examine how the CCAFS Theme by Region matrix was being managed to deliver on International Public Goods (IPGs) and development outcomes. As the review notes there is an additional matrix to be managed: that involving the 15 CGIAR Centers delivering activities in the Themes and Regions. Given time limitations, this review focused on the South Asia region so there was little opportunity for cross-region comparison. |
