Sumario:This project, based in Qingshan Village, Huanghu Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, utilizes the "M+Living Lab" model to create the nation's first zero-carbon smart farmhouse model integrating living, production, office, and exhibition functions. The project aims to verify a technological path to achieve net-zero emissions under existing farmhouse conditions through "passive building technology+active energy efficiency management+renewable energy integration," thereby driving carbon accounting, low-carbon agricultural experiments, and digital governance transformation throughout the village.
