Sumario:The five-day training took place at the ILRI Forage Genebank in Addis Ababa from 19–23 May 2025. Thirteen participants, comprising six staff members from the EAA and seven from the EBI attended the training. The training focused on seed quality testing and aimed at enhancing the participants' understanding and skills in this critical area. The program featured informative presentations and hands-on practical sessions, allowing participants to engage directly with the concepts being taught. Over the first four days, attendees were given intensive training, where they conducted various laboratory tests and observed both field and greenhouse activities. Each presentation was complemented by practical observations, enabling participants to apply their learning in practice. On the final day, participants engaged in general discussions on points raised during each session and potential areas for ongoing and future collaboration.
