These developments are complemented by enhanced analytics, including Breeding Value (EBV) summaries and percentile-based performance comparisons, which provide stakeholders with actionable insights for genetic selection.
The report also outlines continued progress in the integration between Dtreo and the AICCRA AgData Hub. This includes the establishment of standardized data exchange mechanisms, alignment of metadata structures, and the development of API connections to support secure and automated data flows. These efforts contribute to a unified data ecosystem that supports predictive modelling and decision-support tools across livestock, environmental, and climate domains.
Expansion efforts have continued, with 24 new villages added to the platform in 2025, including sites in Ethiopia and Pakistan. These villages are supported by 11 institutions, and training has been provided to enumerators and researchers to ensure consistent data collection and management. Collaboration with partners such as Chanda Nimbkar has also facilitated the onboarding of new regions, including NARI village in India.
The report highlights ongoing efforts to address data gaps, improve report clarity, and support broader participation in CBBPs. It outlines the technical and strategic steps taken to strengthen the platform’s functionality, expand its reach, and align with national breeding strategies and climate action goals.
