The PTFI Lipidomics platform is adapted from Su et al.2 to measure the lipid composition of food and biological samples. What sets this method apart from other lipidomics methods is the addition of novel internal standards developed by Avanti Polar Lipids. These novel standard mixtures extend the number of lipids that are accurately quantified in food and/or biological samples. |
