Despite significant potential, challenges such as digital literacy gaps, infrastructure limitations, and regulatory disparities persist. The paper concludes with recommendations for scaling these solutions, emphasizing region-specific adaptations, collaborative frameworks, and robust data governance to maximize impact and inclusivity. |
