This presentation examines how to enhance the desirability of neglected and indigenous foods, drawing on examples from Brazil, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and Türkiye as part of the Biodiversity for Food and Nutrition project. By exploring these case studies, the presentation highlights effective strategies for enhancing the visibility and popularity of these foods, ultimately promoting biodiversity and improving nutrition.
