The core drafting team, which accepts responsibility for the views expressed in the report, consisted of Christopher Delgado, Patricia McKenzie, and Cornelis de Haan (World Bank); Anni McLeod and Ana Riviere-Cinnamond (FAO); and Clare Narrod (IFPRI).
