Does "no increase nor reduce" land model take account of justice? A case study based on survey of Guizhou Province
本文借助于2010年对贵州省农村三个行政村的全住户调查数据,通过计算土地的基尼系数(Gini)和广义熵指数(GE),旨在分析"生不增、死不减"农地模式中人均耕地的不平等状况、影响因素及其原因,以便为完善该农地模式提供经验证据。研究发现,村庄内人均耕地的不平等状况较为严重,土地的Gini系数高达0.52、GE指数0.30,即仅靠土地继承和农户自发的人口控制难以确保人均耕地的基本均等。土地不平等影响因素中,家庭规模越大、农户的人均耕地就越低;实施该农地模式后,通过婚嫁方式人口增加的家庭人均耕地明显偏低,即嫁入女子的土地权益难以保障;农户在村庄内的政治资本可以显著提高家庭的人均耕地面积。
