The specific objective of the capacity needs assessment in Malawi was to identify areas for improving the quality and utility of agricultural policy analysis, investment planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and knowledge management at the country level. The findings of the study have been used to draw up some recommendations and develop a capacity‐strengthening strategy for the Malawi SAKSS. |
