While COVID-19 has come as a major disruption to the policy process in developing countries, it has also presented a major challenge for think tanks’ continued contribution and existence. Institutional development of the policy think tanks remains a major challenge as several of them continue to play a survival game year by year due to chronic funding challenges even in normal times. |
